For those experiencing app crashes: Turn off your internet and Wi-Fi. Open the app and tap on the 'Me' button. Then, click on the gear icon to open settings, go to 'Account and Security' and set a pattern lock. That's it! Make sure to allow all permissions, and simply reopen the app if it closes/crashes. I am the five star reviewer of the bulb but... From yesterday the application is not working Many time I tried to open it, but all the time it automatically closed. I've cleared catch, cleared data and also re install the application, after that I update my phone but then also it is not working and I'm unable to open it.

Bulb is good, but software is not as good as Philips. Can't even set to different shades of white, like warm white, white or cool white. I have 6 bulbs in one room and I can't control all of them together, instead I have to access reach bulb separately. Bulb is more of a gimmick than something you can use everyday.
