SmartX Audit is an enterprise mobile application that enables field agents to digitally audit assets at Points of Sale (POS), distribution centers, stores, and any field location โ using Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) beacons and GPS, directly from their Android device.
Connected to the SmartX HUB platform, the app eliminates paper-based inspections and manual data entry. A smartphone and a BLE beacon are all it takes to verify 100% of your asset inventory in the field with full traceability.
How it works:
Managers register locations (POS) and their BLE beacons in the SmartX HUB web portal. Field agents open the app, which uses GPS to automatically surface nearby locations. At each POS, the agent starts a Bluetooth scan โ registered beacons turn green when detected. Agents confirm found assets and report missing ones. All audit data syncs instantly to the cloud dashboard.

๐ถ Offline Mode โ Audits are queued locally when there is no internet connection and synced automatically when connectivity is restored. Field work is never interrupted.

โ๏ธ Admin-Controlled Configuration โ Managers configure RSSI thresholds, scan intervals, geofence radius, iBeacon UUID filters, app theme, and language (English, Portuguese, Spanish) from the SmartX HUB web portal. Each company gets its own configuration.
๐ Enterprise Security โ Authentication via SmartX HUB credentials. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Access is scoped by company and user region.
Web Dashboard (for Managers):
The SmartX HUB web portal provides a live field map showing the status of all POS locations, KPI dashboards (audited, missing, coverage %), regional coverage reports, not-seen alerts (beacons not audited in 7/30/90 days), and full audit session history.
Requirements:
An active SmartX HUB subscription and a configured beacon network are required. This app is not a standalone product. Contact your SmartX administrator for access credentials and server URL.
