for so long this was our amazing app, now with so many ads, planning on changing it ASAP. We are already paying for services. so if you need to raise prices? do it. it is annoying to have the need to see what's going on at home and wait for the ads to stop playing and click many "x" to get out. solution? raise prices? I could understand the ads for free versions, but paid versions? I have been a customer since 2018, with over 10 devices at home. makes it frustrating to have invested in this.

why am I paying $10 a month for a subscription and still getting just as many ads as when I was using it without subscribing. if I'm paying I shouldn't see any ads....I will definitely be finding a different app for my cameras. the delay in waiting for the feed to come up is so frustrating! I used to love this app but I'm uninstalling and unsubscribing as soon as possible if this isn't fixed. I found a work around pretty easily and it's much cheaper. this will be the last $10 you get from me!

Absolute garbage. I've used the cameras and app for years and now I have to watch ads before I can see my camera? Once I finally get past the ads, it doesn't stay on any one camera long enough to even see what is going on. The alerts are useless unless you pay for the cloud storage, otherwise it only tells you there is motion but you can't see what it is, and by the time you do finally get in, whatever is going on is missed. I'm switching away from this as soon as I can.
