About this app

How did that work again? Record your knowledge, notes, information or work steps briefly and concisely as instructions directly on your smartphone.

Thanks to easy operation and well-designed section templates, you can compile your information effortlessly and neatly. This way, you won’t waste valuable time formatting text or inserting images and links. The reader-friendly display mode allows you to conveniently look up the content later. It is impossible to change the content by mistake - smart and simple.

This app is ideal for craftsmen, self-employed individuals, and anyone who prefers working in the workshop rather than for hours at the computer but still wants to organize their knowledge systematically. Possible areas of application are:
• Books collection
• Collection of ideas and notes
• Checklists
• Experience reports / Testimonials
• Instructions of all kinds
• Inventory list
• Knowledge database (wiki)
• Project documentations
• Process descriptions
• Recipes
• Summary of learning content
• Travel planning
• Work descriptions

You can quickly document workflows or processes with images and text on site and share or store them cleanly as a PDF or printout if required. Of course, this knowledge database is also helpful for therapists or consultants to collect experiences, ideas and notes.

It's worth trying out this versatile app!

No login is required to use this wiki software and no subscription is necessary. All collected wiki content is stored locally on your device. Your data belongs to you and remains guaranteed to stay with you. Collections can be transferred to your various devices by a local NAS server via WebDAV (currently included as a beta/preview version).

With this free Starter Edition, you can try out all the features. The only restriction is that you can enter a maximum of 20 new entries. You can get the unlimited version with a one-time in-app purchase for 18 USD or 15 EUR (no subscription).

Are you missing an important feature? Help shape the development of this wiki software by sending an e-mail with your ideas to support@smasi.software. I would be happy to improve and extend the app!

Attention: When you delete the app, your knowledge databases with all your notes and documentation will also be deleted!

A fairly powerful app. You can include pictures and locations in a note, as well as links and headings. Editing an entry (note) is an overcomplicated process. For example, just adding text to your note can take up to 4 taps. There are categories for organization.

Yes, as a pure notes app, the strengths of this wiki app cannot be shown. However, documenting and structuring knowledge with images and text is all the easier with this knowledge database. Note: With the 5.0 update, several images can now be inserted in one step.

It's good. Few things to add. A main page. Able to link words to other articles. Add a night mode editor. Able to have a random page option. Great we have a recent changes option. Able a view history of a page or at least when a page was last modified. It would be good if there was an image to add in like the top right hand corner. An image covering the entire article can cause a major eye sore. This & QusaWiki are the only wiki making apps available.

Thank you very much for your comments! Night mode (dark mode) is already available and can be found in the settings. EDIT: In January 2026, version 7.0 was released, which now includes a start page and supports links directly in the text content.

Dude, I love this app. I've been using it for like two months now and I even bought the full version. I just wish there were more updates. I know it's only been a few weeks, but I wanna use customization for making stuff like banners, using images for more decoration, OH and stuff like having more layouts. I wish I could have stuff on the left, center, right, corners, top, bottom... And yknow those little box containers that Wikipedia has? A picture with a description and a small note. Yup.

Thank you for your lovely review! The app is constantly being improved. An update with new features is released approximately every two months. And more exciting new features are already in the pipeline. Please send me a short email with your wishes to info@2s-software.com so that we can discuss this.
