If there is 0 star, I will give 0 to this app. It's really sucks, I have verified my identity multiple times and did everything as the app told but kept rejected my identification... When it mentioned reasons, it just general descriptions rather telling you what's the real mistake you did... And there is no chat available to ask... Not everyone has phone call service even we can make calls, do you provide English customer support? 🙄

Well had issues during user registration, later figured it out that the name field is having some length limitations. Whicch will not show you any warning or error. Now successfully registered and getting failed and identity verification.🙄

One of the worst app I have ever used, I can't link to the Olive card, and I can't even use V Point to pay even I when I have a lot of points there. I really tried to find a number from SMBC but all I had is automatic chat bot from the homepage. So well done, SMBC!!!
