App won't accept my password and won't allow me to reset password. I just attempted to sign in again. No luck. The app won't allow me acess my count or camera. When I first installed the camera and the app it worked fine. Now nothing. This app IS JUNK!

Wonderful app.. Allows to control camera settings remotely Only thing it should have is a remote trigger to check if everything is ok

Thanks for you suggestion, and the button "SYNC" in the front panel is the one you need. Please switch to "SETUP" and click the button "SYNC" while the icons indicates normal (all white color). For details, check the 'NEED HELP' option in the app, please.
