I have the same issues as others. I get a good score and it goes up incrementally but when I get a bad one that drops a good deal. Another issue is that I watch someone put in a great survey and it won't show up. Something is definitely wrong with this

It doesn't matter how many good surveys done, few bad ones can bring down total score tremendously. Some surveys goes missing despite the guest done it in front of me. Not accurate and not the right tool to measure service level as it should take all and evaluate from there. Not pick n choose from many.
Rgm I miss being able to see the daily calls when I login to much filtering. I like the old quick scores better.
