App keeps crashing whenever I try opening it. I've tried clearing cache, data, uninstalling several times but nothing fixes it. Currently blocking my treatment because I can't take the scans and move onto the next tray. It's been disaster after disaster with this company

when you open the support chat on android, ilthe keyboard covers the message input rather than moving the input above the keyboard, so you can't actually see what your typing without closing it. This is a frankly absurd bug to have in production for a company that received 100M euro in funding. Also, when you "move on" to the next aligner, the 7 day timer seems to start from when you click the button, which might be the day after if you forgot to revisit the app after the reminder

Absolutely awful. You take photos with it an when you review them the lighting has totally changed and the photos are upside down and so different. Before you could take videos and now it's impossible to do. I've had to repeat 5 times and I'm getting really frustrated with it
