Simple. Easy Effective. Smile Doctors Anywhere is the app that gives you control over your orthodontic treatment progress. Use your phone to snap pictures and share your smile with your doctor on a weekly basis to help you stay on track.

Additionally, your orthodontist is able to share your status with your dentist to ensure your smile stays healthy and happy throughout your treatment.

With this app:
• No technical expertise is required. Simply follow the step-by-step instructions.
• Chat with your orthodontist directly.
• Can reduce in-office appointments
• Follow your progress throughout your treatment with transformation photos from start to finish.
• Your orthodontist will monitor your treatment remotely with notifications and instructions on how to properly move forward.
• Schedule and modify appointments through the app.

In order to use Smile Doctors Anywhere, your doctor will provide you with dedicated access codes. The Smile Doctors Anywhere Application is intended for use, when possible, with a cheek retractor and ScanBox provided by Smile Doctors.

Inconvenient to say the least. Login link does not work. Solved this with "forget password". The box sets on the phone right where the power button is, so you can easily power off your phone 😆 the instructions tell you not to attach the plastic box but this is exactly what you need to do to move forward with scanning steps. Even small sized box is way too big for kids mouth. So, to summarize, we will not be using this for our children. So annoying and waste of time.

I dread every week when it's time to submit a scan. 1st, the video instructs the tube to be moved side to side, but doesn't register it moving. The only way to get past this step is to delete the app and reinstall. 2nd, the image of the teeth, when we actually get to the scanning part, shows the teeth as open when they're closed and in the correct position for the photo, and vice versa. 3rd, the top/bottom scan doesn't snap all the pics when it is in the right spot and aiming at the bubble.

It's very difficult to take a good scan. The shutter clicks automatically even if your camera is out of focus or you didn't have your placement ready. When asked if you want to retake photos, it doesn't alert you which ones won't be non-compliant (example, it doesn't inform you if they are too blurry or too dark). The app forces you to have notifications turned on rather than giving you the option. In general, it's unclear if you're messaging a robot or a provider from the office.
