The sign-up screen is completely blank. Attempting to back out of it results in a confirmation pop-up with blank "Yes" and "No" options. Given that I can't use the app without signing up, this is a bit of a problem. And combined with the fact that the desktop website's sign-up also doesn't work, it becomes an even bigger problem. I know programming isn't easy, but a functional UI isn't a high expectation.

This app is garbage. The schedule appointment option does not work but I don't know if that is the fault of the office. The after visit report feature is also lacking but again that could be the fault of the office. Perhaps better support from the office would improve the experience of the patient. Strongly considering looking for a new dental office.

Made an account on the website and was directed to this app. Made a typo while putting in the password 3 times and the whole account is locked. Go to reset the password and it decides to fully disable the account. The email says to reset the password to unlock it, but that just brings up a pop up that says the account is disabled. Round and round it goes. Whoever designed this apparently forgot that disabling an account means you can't reset the password. Absolutely awful.
