Ratings and reviews

The sign-up screen is completely blank. Attempting to back out of it results in a confirmation pop-up with blank "Yes" and "No" options. Given that I can't use the app without signing up, this is a bit of a problem. And combined with the fact that the desktop website's sign-up also doesn't work, it becomes an even bigger problem. I know programming isn't easy, but a functional UI isn't a high expectation.

This app is garbage. The schedule appointment option does not work but I don't know if that is the fault of the office. The after visit report feature is also lacking but again that could be the fault of the office. Perhaps better support from the office would improve the experience of the patient. Strongly considering looking for a new dental office.

agree with others that your app is garbage. I can't get it to work. Yes, you downloaded it to my desktop and 2 cell phones. My life hacked 2 years ago, so changed many things. Not sure what you have, and don't remember ever setting anything up with SmileGeneration. You don't accept any of my emails or their passwords, and no idea what password you are using
