Horrific app. Unresponsive and not intuitive to use even when it does work. I thought it would be easier to understand like a period tracker (I use Clue) but it's really not easy to input when you switch out trays or see when you're due to move to the next tray. It hasn't even opened for me for weeks. So far the worst part of the alignerco experience.

Very bad. Uploading photos via your device doesn't work; you have to use their junky "camera." It's nearly impossible to do yourself and you have to start over from ALL angles if you mess up. I haven't even gotten my aligners yet, but I'm dreading using the built-in camera for months ahead. App was obviously made as cheaply as possible. Needs to be scrapped and done over.

One of the worst apps I have ever used. Randomly crashes, back button doesn't work, takes forever to switch between screens, buttons aren't clearly labeled so you don't know which does what. When you can figure out where to go, there is no flexibility if you don't follow very precise (and not documented or explained) steps and frequency get stuck trying to perform simple tasks. If you enter a wrong date, you can't change it. The support is also horrible and doesn't help but says to go elsewhere.
