this app is horrible! it always has an error message, and it is so hard to manage our service. I constantly uninstall and re-download but sometimes that doesn't even work. on top of that, there is no way to access it online instead of the app. it's the worst part of having Smithville as an internet provider.

I cannot manually enter my device or scan the qr code it cannot recognize my device

It allows me to keep a close eye in the internet/wifi and I get the issues fixed much faster now
