S.M.Memorial School was the dream of renowned and respectable businessman of Bhagabatipur Late Mr. Siraj Mullick. S.M.Memorial School was named after demise of Late Mr. Siraj Mullick. He always wanted to do good for the society and took several initiatives which are helping people in large numbers still now. This noble idea of setting up a school struck his mind when he saw kids from rural town migrating to urban area to obtain primary and secondary education. They had to cover colossal distance for the same. He passed away in the year 2017 and his two sons Zahir Abbas Mullick and Kabir Mullick took the painstaking task to build a school in their father’s name equipped with all modern facilities and best faculty.

S.M.Memorial School runs under Siraj Mullick Educational Welfare Foundation.The students are imparted with Modern Education which is according to the ICSE curriculum.

The school is set in pleasantly rural environment far away from chaos and crowd. As far as connectivity is concerned it is adequately linked with road.

The long cherished dream of Late Mr. Siraj Mullick of founding institution in rural area saw the light of the day in the year 2018 at Bhagabatipur, Hooghly.
