Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't receive messages properly. I need to manually refresh by dragging up or going into "..." and selecting refresh to see new messages. Even restarting the app doesn't help. I imagine that's why I get decent number of matches but no replies. I sent support a message 3 months back and they didn't care enough. Per their response: "Thank you for your response. If you continue to experience this issue, please let us know!". I'm letting you know through this review.

The good: unlimited swipes. The VERY bad: if you pay to send a "note" or a 🌟 superswipe, the other user doesn't just get it in their inbox. They have to search for you, and you MUST fall within their search parameters. ONLY if they happen to swipe a bunch of profiles, and you happen to pop up, they "might" notice that you have a little note to them on your profile. In other words its completely WORTHLESS! Dont EVER pay for these features! You've been warned.

full of bugs. messages will seem like they sent, and then you come back hours later to find out they never went through, leaving your matches hanging. constantly have to refresh your messages and matches to get them to show up, app assumes you don't have any. Will show you the same profiles several times over. honestly, everything about this app is pretty pathetic in terms of UI/UX. it's no wonder it's fallen by the wayside. honestly an offense to our community
