The app doesn't let me add a delivery address. Continuously tells me that I am missing a field but doesn't say which field. All fields are filled out according to my address. Why the added complication of separating street number, name, AND street type. It's a ridiculously over complicated system that adds no value at all. Stop sending out emails to use your app if you can't even get it to work!!!

The application is slow to go through an order. Also, their points system isn't accurate. The terms say 1 point for every dollar pre tax spent. I made an order that was $40.46 before taxes and for 36.8 points for it... I know that 4 points isn't that big a deal on one go bit it adds up quickly... Only using the app for contactless delivery since their website can't accommodate...

I am not impressed. I regularly order online with no problem, but contactless delivery is only available by ordering through the app, so I gave it a try. I've ordered twice with it now, and both times, I ended up frantically phoning Toppers to correct something. The 1st time, I ordered an extra large, but got a confirmation that my small pizza was being made. Okay, I thought maybe since it was my first time navigating the app, I might have somehow cancelled my size selection and it defaulted back to small while I was trying to find my way through the maze of screens to checkout. (Did I mention the process is NOT intuitive?) But the 2nd time, I am 100% positive I selected a delivery for several hours later than the order time, because I found the clock they use for scheduling the delivery time a bit difficult to manipulate and I had some difficulty getting it set to the time I wanted. A few minutes after placing the scheduled order, I got a text stating that my pizza was being prepared and would be delivered within 30 minutes. I didin't expect or want it for another 4 hours! Both times the customer service rep on the phone changed my order to fit what I had tried to do on the app (kudos to the them), but it shouldn't require a phone call to follow the order being placed in the app. It sort of defeats the point of an app. If I wanted to phone the order in, I would have done that in the first place. Poorly executed as it is, during this covid-19 situation it appears the only way to access online payment and drop-off delivery from Toppers, but as soon as face-to-face contact returns to being a realistic option, I am ditching this app. Really, they should have the options for online payment and contactless delivery available from their website.
