Doesn't save addresses no matter how many times I enter them, I have to restart the app multiple times. It has taken me longer to try to send a letter than if I was just to drive to the nearest SMSA office. The only problem with that is the last time I sent a document they incorrectly added the address and my package took 10 days to arrive rather than 3.

application is glitching, country, region drop down menu is not working, cant register my number. separately, cant connent with customer service, never replies, even after waiting on a call for some minutes.

Poor service. App working fine, but the delivery never on time and still I have pending delivery and saying unable to contact me. I was surprised that the tracking was not showing out of delivery and not even sent me the OTP before trying to contact me. All are false information they are updating. This is the second time happening like this, and the first time I called 3 times to customer service to get my package. Very, very poor service . Shame.
