The worst service of SMSA may be in the world.. I'm telling the truth from my personal experience and I have 3 times experience of some slowest services from SMSA. So, please don't send any parcels through this courier service. It's much better to send through DHL if you hurry.. Or if you have enough time then send others.. Like Nashama, Badar, Taiyaara Sari etc.. I'm talking about KSA.

Doesn't save addresses no matter how many times I enter them, I have to restart the app multiple times. It has taken me longer to try to send a letter than if I was just to drive to the nearest SMSA office. The only problem with that is the last time I sent a document they incorrectly added the address and my package took 10 days to arrive rather than 3.
