If the code doesn't arrive within 20 minutes, the price goes back to your balance automatically. After the first minute you can also cancel the number yourself and get a refund right away.

CODE NOT ARRIVING? QUICK TIPS
• Ask the app to send the code by SMS; codes sent by voice call can't reach a virtual number.
• Codes usually arrive within 1–3 minutes. If yours doesn't, cancel after a minute for a refund and try another country.
