HOW IT WORKS:

2. Your Dose kicks in — Every time you open a managed app, Digital Dose intercepts it instantly and presents a short challenge.
3. Challenge done → Use freely — Complete it, reflect on why you're opening the app, then decide: go in or step away. Either choice is valid — the goal is just to make it conscious.

AccessibilityService API Disclosure:
Digital Dose utilizes the Android AccessibilityService API to provide its core functionality. This permission is required to detect when you launch an application that you have actively chosen to block. When a restricted app is detected, the service intercepts it to display a cognitive challenge. We do not use the Accessibility API to collect, store, or share any personal data, and we do not monitor your keystrokes or general screen content.
