Downloaded App. Won't connect with bedframe. Bed shows up bluetooth settings but not in app. Also the app from the Apple iphone / iPad store finds the bed , but the app on my samsung note 10 plus / s8 plus does not. Again it shows up on both phones bluetooth, but the app does not find them.

The app cannot locate any equipment with two different motion bases in the room and both showing up in the phone's Bluetooth settings ready to pair. If you attempt to pair through the Bluetooth settings it asks for a pairing code then tells you it needs to be paired through the app. This is on a Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G running Android 11.

Bluetooth fail, does not work (Thanks, Amazon). Bought the frame for the included BT feature, and it's a fail. App won't recognize it, nor does phone detect device.
