Fixes a bug that made the Home screen unusable in 1.7.0.
- The three "how it works" cards stretched down the entire screen, hiding search, the collections and the whole category grid behind them. Home now renders correctly again.
- Hardened the horizontal rows on Home, Category and the certificate editor so they can never expand past their own content.
