Snafi Driver is the Snafi app for tow truck drivers. Manage vehicle transport jobs within and between cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, from receiving a request to completing the trip and reviewing your earnings.
Your jobs in one place
Control when you receive requests. Review pickup and destination locations and vehicle details before accepting a job, then follow your active order and trip stages in the app.
A clear trip workflow
View the route on the map, open navigation to the customer and destination, and contact the customer when needed. Document the vehicle with photos before loading, after loading and after unloading.
Wallet and performance
Review your balance, wallet transactions and trip earnings. Request a withdrawal to the mobile number linked to your STC Bank account, with withdrawal limits and fees shown before confirmation. View your performance summary and completed trips for your selected period.
Register and manage your account
Verify your mobile number and complete your driver details, tow truck details and required documents. Review and edit your details before submitting registration, then follow your account and document review status in the app. Your account must be approved before receiving jobs.
Support and settings
Create support requests and follow replies in the support centre. View your account details and requests to update them. Use Arabic or English, choose day or dark appearance, and work from a phone or tablet.
The app uses location for job reception and trip tracking. Location updates can continue while working, when using navigation or when Snafi is in the background, depending on device permissions, settings and connectivity. You can manage permissions in your device settings.
Jobs and services depend on operating coverage and account approval. Withdrawal terms, limits and fees are shown in the app.
