will not connect or pair I'm uninstalled and reinstalled the app I have connected via Bluetooth and it says it's paired but it will not recognize the spectacles for the app maybe because it's the old version

bought a pair of spectacles and am not able to use them because I'm under 18 and they aren't allowed for use under 18
