About this app

SNAP by UnlockLand helps property owners and real estate investors quickly find out what they can build on a piece of land and whether it's worth developing.

The problem: Figuring out a property's development potential usually takes weeks of research — zoning rules, building limits, cost estimates, and financial analysis. Most people can't afford to hire consultants for every property they're considering.

What SNAP does: Users tap a parcel on the map and get an instant AI-generated feasibility report that covers zoning and building rules, what can be built (unit count, size, layout), estimated costs and projected returns, and local market trends and comparable sales.

Who it's for: Landowners who want to understand their property's value, and developers or investors looking for their next project.

Main features:
1. Log in — Open the app and sign in using the test credentials provided above.
2. Browse the map — Use the map to explore properties. You can also type an address in the search bar at the top.
3. Select a parcel — Tap any parcel on the map. A bottom sheet will appear showing the address, lot size, and zoning code.
4. Run AI analysis — Tap "Start AI Analysis." The app will run a short analysis and take you to the report preview page showing estimated property values.
5. View the full report — Tap "Unlock with 1 Credit" to open the full feasibility report. This includes zoning details, development program, cost breakdown, financial projections, and market trends. (Note: credits are consumed when unlocking. The test account has limited credits.)
6. Explore your projects — Open the sidebar (menu icon, top left) to see saved projects, remaining credits, and account options.
7. Download PDF — In the full report, tap the menu icon (top right) and select "Download PDF" to export the report.
