Snap2PC sends documents from your phone straight into the right folder on your Windows PC — over your own Wi-Fi network, with nothing passing through the cloud and no account to create.
THE FILING IS THE POINT, NOT THE TRANSFER
Getting a file off a phone is easy. What takes the time is what comes after: walking to the PC, finding the download, renaming it, and dragging it into the right client folder. Snap2PC removes that part. You choose the destination on your phone before you send, and the document arrives already in the right folder, under the right name.
HOW IT WORKS
Install the free Snap2PC app on your Windows PC from snap2pc.com/setup, then pair the two by scanning a QR code shown on the PC's screen. After that, scanning a document or picking a file sends it straight there.
SCAN, OR SEND WHAT YOU ALREADY HAVE
Scan paper with your phone's camera — cropped, straightened and saved as a PDF. Or send a file or photo already on your phone. A file you send keeps the name it already had.
NAMED AND FILED ON ARRIVAL
Your PC builds the filename from the date, the destination folder, the document type, the phone that sent it, or a reference you type in. Set up as many destinations as you need: a folder for receipts, one per client, a department share. Type a client name and the subfolder is created for you.
Destinations can be local folders, mapped drives, or network shares on your own file server.
NOTHING GOES THROUGH THE CLOUD
Documents travel directly from your phone to your PC across your own network. They are encrypted end to end, and the keys never leave the two devices. Our servers never see a document, a file name, or a folder name. If your internet connection is down, sending still works.
WHEN THE PC IS NOT THERE
Documents wait on your phone until the PC is reachable, then send themselves. Every document is confirmed individually, so you are never told something arrived when it did not.
SAFE BY DEFAULT
Only PCs you have paired can receive anything, and pairing needs a QR code shown on that PC's screen. Executables and shortcuts are refused before they touch the disk.

Free for personal use on your own network. Business use is free for the first month and needs no card to start.
