Ratings and reviews

It is extremely slow to connect to cameras, if it connects at all, making it useless for monitoring my home when I am away. It also lacks critical features such as AI detection. I bought some Eufy and Reolink cameras to supplement them, and these cheaper cameras are by far much better and 1/10 the cost of the Luma system. I am super disappointed with my Luma system. It was a waste of money.

Worked good for the last 4 years. Not sure what happened the tail end of April, but it won't open any more. Cleared cache, cleared memory, Uninstaled the app and reinstalled and entered all the information again. Worked once then the same problem of it crashing/ or not opening. Thought it might be my phone, but it also happened on other devices that it was installed on.

The Android App has stopped working. It will crash every time it is started. I have tried the usual troubleshooting and isolation. The only solution appears to be clearing the app data and reconfiguring the app. It will generally start working again for 4-12 hours again before it starts crashing again at startup. Samsung S23. LUMA is pretty lousy as the only Windows support is on an obsolete browser, and now the app doesn't work. I don't know why this is considered a premium security solution.
