first driver canceled as a consequence snap car had to find a replacement that was obviously late. I understand it was not the fault of snap car and they were effi ient to find a replacement. will see next time if I increase stars level

I'm using it in Germany and the app doesn't recognize any German city (ex. Frankfurt, Baden Baden...) as a destination. Unless I want to go to France, at the moment the app is useless
