Ratings and reviews

While I have had no problem with the drivers or the cars, your tracking system is utterly worthless. It never gives the correct location or movement of the cab, nor does it show the correct time till arrival of the cab. E.g. it will show that the cab is 2 mins away, but ultimately arrive 20 mins later. It also doesn't take correct pin locations. Kindly update the software.

The initiative and the cab experience is very good but the in app map searches are very bad. The location to be searched don't show sometimes and sometimes it is not at the same location. I don't know whether the map is from Google maps or not, but it should be like the Google maps search(as it is in Ola and uber) were the locations searched shows accurately.

Cabs and drivers were very good. However, the map in the app needs upgrading. After confirmation of ride, movement of driver to reach the location shown is very sluggish. Destination location during booking and actual destination as per map differ many a time. Present way out practiced is explaining the driver the actual destination, but this cannot be the objective of the map incorporated in the app. Overall, the map needs an upgrade.
