The app uses a QR code to start or resume an inspection (Also, this means you need a second device to scan the code) and behaves like it's synced to the cloud, but is only saved on the device. So if you were to start an inspection on one device, and then go to finish the inspection on another device, you can't. Also: all "yes" buttons are green and all "no" buttons are red, implying that no is always bad, even when no might be the preferred answer. i.e. "Is your property infested with bugs?"

None of the links from the rental company work and I can't access the app without an account and I can't even make an account when I download the app. This app not working is impeding my move in and slowing down my move when I don't have time to waste on trying to make some links and sign in happen.

The mobile app is user friendly, logical and easy to use. My favorite feature, besides the ability to set and assign tasks for the team, is the potential to edit, remove and add areas and items while conducting an inspection. This app is HIGHLY customizable!
