Ratings and reviews

Not consistently reliable. I, too, have trouble with push notification. I usually only get a photo notification, not a code use notification. Sometimes both come through but very rarely. And sometimes I don't get any notification until long after the guest has arrived. I'm hoping Summit can get the glitches ironed out... I know they're trying and customer service is very responsive. It's just not as reliable as I would like right now.

I have been using the app on my Android phone and it will send me push notifications when someone puts their code in on the keypad. Very rarely it will send me the picture of the person in the push notification but MOST of the time it just says photo captured and then it also here lately has been failing to send the push with the actual code that was used. It just send Photo captured push notification and that's it? Any plans to make this app better and more stable? Email listed is invalid.

It works but, it's not practical..this app should be as fast as remote or switch.. But instead, *You have to login every single time(doesn't matter if its touch id) *You have to wait for the animation to gi away *you have to click at least 3-4 buttons before final be able to open gate. Doing this while driving is really annoying.
