About this game

Rainbet is a focused reaction game built around one clear rule: follow the direction shown on screen before the timer ends.

At the start of each round, an arrow points in one of four directions: up, down, left, or right. The player must swipe in the same direction as the displayed arrow. The initial time limit is 5 seconds, giving the player a defined window to respond.

Each correct swipe awards +1 point. After every correct action, the available time is reduced by 0.5 seconds, with a minimum limit of 1 second. This creates a progressively shorter response window while keeping the core interaction unchanged: read the arrow, identify the direction, and swipe.

Snap Direction uses a simple input system. The result of each action depends on whether the swipe matches the direction displayed on the screen and whether it is completed before the timer reaches zero.

An incorrect swipe ends the game immediately. The game also ends when the player does not complete the required swipe within the available time. These are the two failure conditions: an incorrect direction or an expired timer.

The score is based on successful reactions, with one point awarded for every correct action. When the game ends, the achieved result is saved to Records if the score is greater than 0.

Snap Direction is structured around short, repeatable sessions and a progressively shorter response window. The rules remain consistent throughout each session, allowing the player to focus on visual recognition, directional input, timing, and score accumulation.

The main interaction loop is straightforward: observe the arrow, identify its direction, swipe accordingly, receive a point for a correct response, and continue while the timer remains available. With each successful action, the response limit moves closer to the 1-second minimum.

Snap Direction presents a compact ruleset with one central objective: make the correct directional swipe before time runs out.
