Didn't work at first. I figured out how to fix it. If its not working for you when you open, just change the batter in the small key chain device. Mine wasn't working either. Seemed like a lot of others are having the same issue. As soon as I changed the battery, it now works and beeps. If you're not technically inclined, then if course you'll have issues. Change the battery and it *WILL* and *SHOULD* work like how it worked for me.

doesn't work. Can't pair a new Seek tag to my phone, even though they connect via Bluetooth. And the customer service webpage doesn't work, so it's not possible to ask for assistance. My issue is not listed in the FAQ. If their tag won't pair with their app, then it's fundamentally broken IMHO

The main function (ringing the tracker) doesn't work. It will ring my phone and the GPS seems accurate. I think it is just so cheaply made that it arrived broken.
