I am unable to keep the app signed in permanently, and without it, the tracker doesn't work. How do I make it to signed permanently?

fobs won't beep mobile device unless I open the app on my phone, which defeats the purpose if my phone is misplaced. app constantly crashes as well.

app keeps shuttimg down ,my keys would be next to app and swift finder could not find them. switched back to tile.
