IDBI Go Mobile+ Application is used for doing Financial Transactions through UPI as well as other Payment modes like NEFT, IMPS etc. Moreover the App uses SMS sent functionality to verify Customer Mobile Number registered with Bank as well as device binding and SIM binding for Security purposes and as per UPI and RBI guidelines.

Activation of IDBI Bank Go Mobile+ App couldn’t be easier and takes only a few minutes. Simply download the Application, just like you would have installed any other android app from Google Play™ Store. You can then instantly activate the Mobile Banking App (one-time activity) and set your personalized MPIN by authenticating your Debit Card or Internet Banking credentials. On successful authentication, you can immediately start transacting on your accounts.

Before activating the Mobile Banking App, please ensure that you have registered for the mobile banking channel. If not, you can do so at the ATM or through your Internet Banking account or by submitting a channel registration form at the nearest Branch.

You can view the account statements on the go at your convenience, even while at work or commuting. Checking the balance in your account, managing and scheduling utility bill payments, adding a top-up in your prepaid mobile phone or DTH account, paying VISA credit card bills, or instantly transferring money from one bank account to another through IMPS is now possible at the click of just a few buttons on your phone.

Banking through the IDBI Bank GO Mobile+ App is not only very simple and convenient but also saves your time or a visit to the Bank branch. You will also receive an SMS alert whenever a transaction is initiated in your account through any digital banking channel like ATM, Point of Sale (POS), Internet or Mobile Banking.

• Select your wall paper theme initially with seasons and with more options coming soon.
• Enhanced the User experience with your accounts displayed in a card deck style which can be swiped or expanded.

• Control your Debit Card by setting your own ATM and PoS transaction limit, switching your Debit card transactions On or Off and much more.
• Set International or Domestic usage on your card or instantly Block card if misplaced or lost.
• Select your frequently used options to appear on the main screen or menu drawer at the bottom of the screen.
• View and Manage your IDBI Bank Credit Card.

I am using this app for more than 5 yrs. Now it seems under perform in some aspects. We can understand that due to safety purpose we cant take screen shot,but the share option is not working. When i give share option it skips to the main page. and also i m not able to send payment details to vendor on time. It happens Every time. Do correction on this issues.Or else u need to allow to take screen shot when we go for the statement. And also we need to see the monthly statement in same mobile app.

Since many weeks, whenever I try to open the app, it always ask to reactivate the app and reset a new pin, also I can't set previous 4 pins, everytime I have to choose a new pin. Everyday I have to reactivate the app and reset new pin. What's the problem with IDBI? It's not letting me login. It always says to reactivate. After successful reactivation and getting welcome message, when trying to login, it again syas to reactivate. It's nearly 2 months of email conversation but no resolution yet.
