Terrible, logs out very frequently. Too many improperly closed app errors, not allowing to log in immediately. Too much paranoid of security. Frequent requests to change the password. No finger print login, still stuck up in the medieval practices and interface.
STOP IT HDFC!! Everyone knows that UPI is broken on this app. You shouldn't need a separate email from each one of us to explain the issue! This is a bug, not user/device specific issue! Solve it or scrap off this app! The changelog states "UPI minor bug fixes". Yes, they have it fixed by turning off that feature!!
Recently I changed my phone, I don't see any where to register to new device. When I enter quick access pin it is saying it's already registered to another device. Please use there. So just to use this app I need to carry my old device also. Really very bad. Please help me.
After resetting the phone it's invalidated login with alert 'you already register with other device, please reregister' but no registration link. Very annoying. Don't expect such thing from you 👎
Tujhe again to edit my review, finally bank offers *deregister for quick access* for one who changed/format their devices, but wait... They forgot to introduce re-register 😄 After deregister when I tried change my access PIN, it says *you've not registered for the service*, Now I am damn sure that Aditya Puri's 5 yr old nephew is handling HDFC's app development unit. No word to say 👎👏
UPI is not working when we change the SIM. It gets stuck at secret question page. It's strange that HDFC happily says the app does not support that functionality. Looks like we need to have the same mobile number , SIM, Mobile handset for Years together to make UPI transactions.
