Login issues. Biometric login not working. Session timeout within few seconds of login signs out. Update: this app has become and adware. Multiple popups, ads over ads below the app, and it just signed me out in middle of a transaction. How can we rely on this app? We don't need all these offers showing up in popups all the time. Need a functioning app for banking... Couldn't give lower rating... Very bad experience 😕

Please don't install this app if you are using the older version. Many functions are missing. I was forced to uninstall because I couldn't transfer between my own accounts! Further, the app is toooo slow. Every click takes 15-20 seconds before it shows the information. All the while it stays in "Loading ..." For example, after logging in, it takes 30 seconds to show the information. Then, if I click on the "Savings Account", another 15 seconds before the account is shown. The UI is slick and good looking, but what's the use if it doesn't do what I want it to do quickly? The old app, even though not good looking, actually works and it is much faster. Finally - you can't even give feedback in the app even though every time you log out it asks you to. I typed this whole review, and it said "Something went wrong". I had to re-type using my desktop in play store.

Waited for few weeks and reinstalled the app. Going good so far. Was able to register with pin and biometric. Revising to 3. OLD- This app was good few months back but very annoying these days. First it keeps asking permission for my phone state..not sure why. Secondly, when clicked on account the details do not load 90% of the time. It just keeps spinning..hope they fix it soon.. Uninstalled and reinstalled latest version and now can't login at all. Revising rating to 1 because i can't give 0.
