hei I lost my picture here due to the app can't open, it's white screen when I open it

Dear Team, No doubt this is a good app but there's no option to classify the photos in alphabetical order. Please do something about it. Thanks Kamal

was fine until I tried to open the app to find it asking for password pattern that I never actually set up. Tried to reset but the reset email never came through, not even in my spam folder
