A Service That Has Gone Downhill. I’ve been with Hala FTTH for 2 years on a 100 Mbps plan. In 2024, I regularly got 85–99 Mbps download (up to 98.7/122 Mbps). In 2026, I’m getting as low as 22 Mbps, with my latest test only 46.7/41.9 Mbps. Meanwhile, Al Watani offers up to 500 Mbps and Supercell up to 1 Gbps, while Hala remains at 300 Mbps max. Hala has also become the worst for me in latency and gaming. I’m paying the same for a service that has seriously declined. Switching providers.
