After trying several times to connect to the device, Google searches, reading reviews here, restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, unplugging the device in all different combinations and orders... I give up. 1 star rating is obviously for the app not the product. If you can't make your app work, maybe try a different approach. This product cost over 100 dollars. Maybe try a remote control instead since software development is not your forte.

Sorry for the trouble. If you would be willing to try one more thing, reach out to us directly (cs@getsnooz.com). We have the best knowledge for troubleshooting, we respond quickly, and over the last 7 years, we have never had single customer that we weren't able to resolve the issue for.

I've had to uninstall/reinstall the app several times due to the app not being able to connect to my Snooze machine. Tonight though that isn't working so I just unistalled the app and said forget it. It looks like maybe an update is coming so I'll check back in a few days. Bottom line... For me, the app has too many glitches.

Hi Neal. Sorry for the trouble. Our dashboard on Google is showing you are using an old version of the App. Please try updating to the latest version, and if you still have trouble, email us at App@getsnooz.com. We want to help, but sometimes need an exchange to help troubleshoot.

Sound machine itself is great. The App on the other hand is hit or miss sometimes. I have it set up on a schedule to fade in, at the time we're getting ready for bed. And then fade out in the morning around the time our alarms are going off. Most of the time it works fine. But then there's a few random times it doesn't fade. It will just comes on full volume. Or it doesn't come on at all. Other times it doesn't turn off in the morning. I'll have to manually turn off at the sound machine.
Hi Mikel. Sorry for the trouble. The App uploads the scheduler times + fade times + the current time on your phone directly to your unit, and then from that point onward the unit takes over. If you send us a email at app@getsnooz.com we are 100% confident we can debug and find a solution.
