I'm so disappointed in this app, it never fails to disappoint or place my order. I can't use or redeem any of the perks, I tried bringing it up to my favorite location but they have brushed me off. I've spent more time than necessary trying to bring to light. So I will call in my order now and ask for a receipt with the bar code for the rewards I will NEVER be able to use.

I have no idea why they removed these features, but please bring back the ability to change your hash browns to the "flat and crispy" variety, as well as to make the side upgrade to a pancake be the "Flavor of the Week". Without these options, the app is basically pointless (for me), and I have to call in to place orders.

Lazy programming leading to the worst user experience I've ever had with an app. When I select "ASAP" for order scheduling, I should not receive an error that the earliest time my order can be ready is 10:15. And when I try to schedule for 10:15, I should not receive a error that too many orders have been scheduled for this time, so I need to pick a different time. It is the app's job to take current order volume and other scheduled orders into account when scheduling an ASAP order. Embarrassing
