Snooze app is quite useful. Menu items are well categorized for ease of search. Bennyfits program is clearly explained within. Rewards have become even easier to use toward a purchase, especially when dining in, as my server effortlessly pulled up my account and told ME that I had a free item to allocate to the meal that I was unaware of! One issue that will need attention: When attempting to view the 'Browse Menu' portion of the MORE section.l, it states, "Webpage not available".

The last update completely broke the app. Can no longer login, reset password, access rewards, etc Password reset email is never sent. And yes I checked all the folders. It is not being sent. The old password that was stored in a password manager no longer works. I know with 100% certainly what the password is but the app no longer accepts it.

I'm so disappointed in this app, it never fails to disappoint or place my order. I can't use or redeem any of the perks, I tried bringing it up to my favorite location but they have brushed me off. I've spent more time than necessary trying to bring to light. So I will call in my order now and ask for a receipt with the bar code for the rewards I will NEVER be able to use.
