The app works fine for simple ordering but becomes annoying when trying to claim a reward it's too difficult to know which type of pancakes are valid to redeem so when I'm done making the order all my time was wasted and I get told that I can't redeem for that particular pancake. Also when choosing mandatory addon options it's hard to find where you missed a selection.

I'm so disappointed in this app, it never fails to disappoint or place my order. I can't use or redeem any of the perks, I tried bringing it up to my favorite location but they have brushed me off. I've spent more time than necessary trying to bring to light. So I will call in my order now and ask for a receipt with the bar code for the rewards I will NEVER be able to use.

We had the three egg omelet and three added ingredients. We thought there were a little to much of the extras, an over abundance, so if we ordered this again we would stick to two extras, very delicious and well cooked, just wanted more egg. Unique hash brown's have a great taste. Service was polite, prompt, helpful, and the food came quickly despite a full restaurant. Quality ingredients and varied menu with morning drink options. Bright open atmosphere wakes you up too. Prices are fare.
