Anyone can easily learn Korean with SNU Basic Korean!
SNU Basic Korean is a Korean learning app for beginner learners, developed by Korean language education experts at Seoul National University's Language Education Center. Now you can learn Korean easily and comfortably.

■ Learn words frequently used in everyday life. Vocabulary consists of 40 categories related to everyday life, and each category is divided into two to three subtopics. Have fun learning by subject and situation.
● Speaking vocabulary
You can record a word and compare it to a native speaker's pronunciation.
● Practicing vocabulary
Various exercises are conducted to help you learn vocabulary naturally.

■ Sentence patterns frequently used in everyday life are presented. 120 sentence patterns are presented to enable simple communication at the beginner level.
● Speaking sentences
You can record simple sentences based on the learned sentence patterns and compare them with native speakers' utterances.
● Learning grammar
Various exercises are conducted so that you can speak at the actual sentence level using sentence patterns.

It doesn’t work on Android 13. It gets stuck on a blank white screen and never loads, even with a stable internet connection. I tried clearing cache, reinstalling, and changing device settings, but nothing worked. Interestingly, the “SNU Basic Korean Reading” app works perfectly on the same device, so the issue seems specific to this app. Please update the app to support newer Android versions. Edit: It also shows a “net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND” error, which suggests internal files are missing

This is the app i need! but unfortunately there are still quite serious bugs. I really couldn't try to speak, always 'try again' even though my microphone was working fine. I hope this can be resolved quickly :(((((

I like the app! Well made and free.. Wow🥳 One improvement Idea: Short Storys! Fitting to beginners level to read and reread over and over to get the vocab more natural^^ Even if it's just 5 storys, that would be great! Thank you very much^^
