Create professional quotations with your own branding using Quotation Builder.

Start with a standard quotation template, add products or services, and calculate quantities, rates, taxes and totals. Save products and customer details for reuse, with automatic filling when you select a saved item.

Make every quotation yours:
• Upload your company logo and header or footer artwork.
• Add header/footer text, commercial terms and your preferred currency.
• Generate a clear PDF with customer details, an item table and supplier/customer acceptance areas.

Review and sign:
• Both parties can draw a signature or upload their signature image.
• Share a signing copy so the other party can review and sign on another device, then return it.
• Sign PDFs with P12/PFX certificates on your device.
• Use your existing DSC tool: export the PDF, sign externally, and import the signed document.
• Keep signed quotations intact and create an unsigned revision when changes are needed.

Certificate signing requires a compatible RSA P12/PFX certificate of at least 2048 bits, or an external DSC tool that produces a compatible signed PDF and preserves existing signatures.

Quotation Builder stores app data locally, with no sign-in or cloud sync. Export PDFs and backups, and share or email documents through your own apps.
