About this app
I created this app because my company needed a fire safety manager.
- National Fire Safety Standards (NFTC, NFPC, NFSC) are readily available in books or on websites, but the websites are inconvenient to read on smartphones, and the books are inconvenient to carry, so I created an app.
- Since all the content is contained in the app, no internet connection is required!
The Fire Safety Standards (NFSC) were revised on December 1, 2022, dividing them into the Fire Safety Technology Standards (NFTC) and the Fire Safety Performance Standards (NFPC). This app also reflects the December 1, 2024 revision of the Appendix to the Enforcement Decree of the Fire Safety Facilities Installation and Management Act.
- Since I'm not a professional developer, I didn't develop this app in Java. Instead, I built it solely in HTML, using Apache Cordova (Phonegap). The design is very simple. It was rewritten in Kotlin in August 2025.
- The content remains the same, and the only advantage is that menus, clauses, and asterisks can be clicked for quick access. Although we've thoroughly reviewed the app, there may be a few typos. (Please let us know if you find any typos or errors. Thank you. ^^)
- You can find what you're looking for by searching the page using the page-by-page search function.
- It took a considerable amount of time to create all the figures and tables used and type in the extensive information. (It was a total chore...) It's not cheap, so please purchase only if you absolutely need it.
