FEATURES BY ROLE
• Facilities: Submit transport requests in seconds, see live driver location and ETAs, follow status from Requested > Assigned > En route to pickup > Picked up > En route to drop-off > Dropped off > Completed, and review recent transports.
• Drivers: Toggle availability, receive and manage assignments, get turn-by-turn navigation, update each milestone with one tap, and keep an accurate ride log/timesheet.
• Admins: Monitor every active transport on a live map, assign or reassign drivers, and receive key alerts when statuses change.

REAL-TIME NOTIFICATIONS
• Assignment, en route to pickup, en route to drop-off, dropped off, completed, and canceled.

ACCESS
• SoberDrive is used by organizations. To sign in, use the invite code sent by your facility, employer, or admin.

PERMISSIONS
• Location (drivers): required for accurate ETAs and live tracking.
• Notifications: recommended so facilities, drivers, and admins receive timely updates.
