-This app is designed and developed as a new initiative in the construction industry to collect the defects or reworks that are occurring during the construction stage
-The construction execution team can collect the inspection data for all execution activities using the Sobha FTR app
- The app also helps to collect the defects in the activities identified during the inspection along with the resource spent to perform the rework
- The collected data will enable the management team to study and analyse the FTR of all activities
- We can analyse the major defects, recurring defects, and time taken between the inspection request & closure, and FTR %, etc. using the backend application
