Basic drills, personal coaching sessions, professional training centers, and elite academy programs generate Skill Points passively, even while you are away. Your progress continues offline, so every time you return you collect accumulated rewards.

As your Fans grow and your Power rises, bigger clubs will offer transfer deals. Move from amateur leagues to semi-professional teams, then to professional, elite, and world-class organizations.
