About this app

Attendance (Sổ Chấm Công) has two modes in one app: PERSONAL, to log your own shifts and income, and ORGANIZATION, for owners of cafés, workshops, shops and small crews to run attendance and pay for the whole team — sharing one account with the web version.

PERSONAL MODE — works offline, no sign-in needed

• Custom work types: regular day, overtime, piece work… each with its own colour, icon and coefficient. Log several types in one day.
• Log straight on the calendar, back-fill missed days, one-tap home-screen widget.
• Allowances, advances and deductions: the net amount at the end of each period.
• Several workplaces, each with its own rate. Pay period by calendar month or any closing day you choose.
• Stats per period, compared with the previous one and your target. Pay slip as image/PDF, CSV export.
• Daily reminder. Optional backup to the server.

ORGANIZATION MODE — for teams from a few to a few dozen people

• Create an organization, invite staff with a code, add people without a phone and log for them.
• Staff clock in by scanning a QR code at the workplace (location check optional); managers log for the whole team.
• Approve entries: edit, reject, give a reason — every change is in the activity log.
• Shared work types and rates, per-person rates, organization allowances.
• Three ways to pay: per shift, monthly salary, hourly. Work calendar with weekly rest days, public holidays and night/overtime coefficients following the Labour Code.
• Period timesheet, advances and deductions, period close, mark as paid, individual pay slips.
• Web version for the desktop: set up, reconcile, print a signable timesheet, export files.
• Three roles: Owner, Manager, Accountant — each sees their own part. Staff only see their own hours and pay.

PRIVACY & SAFETY

Personal mode keeps data on your device. Organization mode needs a connection because the data belongs to the whole team and lives on the server. The camera is used only to scan QR codes; no photos are stored. Location is read once, at the moment you tap clock in/out on a shift that requires it — no background tracking. Data travels over an encrypted connection; you can delete your account at any time in Settings.

What’s new

A fix-up release: sounder numbers, fewer mistaps.

• Signing out now asks first — one stray tap no longer ends your session.
• Fixed the app saying you were signed in when you were not; it now notices and invites you to sign in again.
• Statistics for "this week / this month" roll over at midnight instead of staying on yesterday.
• The five default work type names now follow the language you pick.
• Statistics points it out when every pay rate is still 0.
