Downloaded the app to my phone, used the same login info as I use on my laptop. Kept being denied access to my account by message that said my user name or password was incorrect. Tried repeatedly and kept getting the same message denying access until I was locked out. Don't know why the same username and password work on laptop but not on phone.

A lot of work needed: Continuous login failures. Get rid of the Domain Option. It's not needed and makes it confusing for most users. Most people want to view and/or pay their bill. Not rocket science, Spire.

Didn't allow me to sign in, no user name or password. I Uninstaller the app and went back to read all of the fine print I was so confused. I thought it was a work/employee app. This isn't a very good app. Please research and fix bugs... thank you
