I quit Social Energy because they cost me money, charging my battery unnessarily from the grid. Now I find Levelise are still controlling my system. I got a measly £3.90 payment from them recently. Cheek! The app is dreadful. Log on hangs for ages,then fails, even though I just completed the password reset.

Disappointed with this app as I can't see "Live" data from my system. I want to know what my battery and panels are doing right now. Please make improvements to allow this the old SE app used to do this.

The new app does not show Live Data at all. The old app seemed so much better as I enjoyed knowing what my system is currently doing. This just seems we have been given less information about our system.. I thought as we progress and develop... and businesses listen to their customers... these should get better... not in this case though :-(
